    Private medical insurance

Looking for recommendations for an insurance provider of a global policy, not just U.K., who does not apply an absolute exclusion of pre-existing conditions (in this case, high blood pressure which is manageable through medication) as AXA seem to. Thanks.

Most of these insurance policies have more holes in their terms & conditions than a colander should you wish to claim. They’re only useful for elective procedures too.

Without being rude that is rubbish and unhelpful.

The OP is enquiring about international cover which only a fool wouldn’t have if living/working abroad.

OP Aetna may be able to help

or find a good broker that deals with International PMI because it can be a minefield depending on which countries you are visiting.
