I am obliged to this members who posted on the PRS29a thread about vintage Bonklip bracelets - rather embarrassingly I was totally ignorant about these. Having really liked the look of the pictures posted of those fitted to AM's I thought that I would give one ago. I posted some pictures on the thread in question of a 16mm one fitted with small sections of silicone tubing to protect the 18mm lugs.
To be honest I was expecting it to be rather scratchy and uncomfortable, however after wearing it for a few hours have to say that I found it very nice.
So much so that I thought I would try it on my 1961 Seamaster.
It wear very well this way, much comfier that a leather strap in fact.
I like the look - what do you gentlemen think?

I actually prefer it on the Omega, and am a fan of bracelets too for comfort although leather straps do look good...
