    The end result is quality.

    I was in an AD yesterday, talking about part exchange watches. They had just taken in a Tudor Bronze that was that heavily patinated that the only real way to get it back to any saleable condition was to strip it down and clean the case and exterior components. In any other situation, the guy said that they wouldn’t have taken it in but it was a returning customer who had purchased the watch from them initially. I’d have loved to have seen it.
