That whatever-it-is at the top right and the two Seiko chronos in the bottom row, that's where I'd start.
While wishing me a Happy New Year , my son bet I would not be able to keep only 10 watches among my collection. I have to admit 12 days later, I'm only able to reduce to 15 and I already made some heartbreaking choices :( , I really don't know how I could get rid of 5 more ;)

If that's a Seiko 6138 bottom row second from right then I could find it a good home.

Close the bottom drawer - job done
Sell five here with first dibs to get them back?

Good plot ;)
Your solicitude touches me a lot ;)
How big was the bet? Just hand him a tenner and tell him he was right:-)

Love the 6138 titanium homage/re-edition. Keep forgetting the ref no.
Would happily take it off your hands!

And buy a decent camera
1) You have two very similar looking Grand Seikos (one of which looks like it has the incorrect bracelet on it), get rid of one of those.
2) Get rid of that horror show top right, whatever it is.
3) World timer (whatever it is) and a Omega GMT? Get rid of the world timer, they're too cluttered looking at the best of times.
4) The Sinn Breitling-a-like, or the (I assume it is another) Sinn Breguet-a-like, get rid of the bottom one, you have a Omega ana-digi next to it that does everything that does.
5) Lose the Tuna can, you already have a better Seiko diver up top.
6) Get rid of two of the three chronos in the bottom picture, no one can tell the difference, anyway.
7) Your Omega ana-digi does everything the Planet Ocean GMT does - lose the PO.
8) Who wants an ana-digi these days? Get rid of it.
9) You don't need the Longines LD if you already have a fantastic Seiko historical diver. Get rid.
10) Panda Chrono you don't need if you're keeping the Sinn flight chrono. Gone.
11) If you're keeing the Sinn Chrono you don't need that final two register chrono below. Out.
I think that leaves you with a GS, the Sinn, and the Seiko diver. Nice.
This is dead easy if it's someone else's collection.
Putting aside the immediate and urgent need to downsize to win the bet, it is a fantastic collection. I've always liked the look of the limited edition Seiko chrono with each sub dial finished differently.
My son laughed at me this morning because he saw the U1 on my wrist which of course was not in the top 15 I already sorted out . I know he knows he has won !
