How a strap can change a watch...

Being self isolated at home I start playing with my watches and mostly with straps....
Featuring my custom made strap for my Pams but....really uplifted other watches...
Ever tried something like this cross changes?

It's an old Longines Master Collection ref. L2.640.4
The only watch that I kept in times of sizing down my "collection"

    Many thanks for the info.

Edit I tracked it down as I have a weakness for Longines and I like the small seconds and no date combination. I think that it is the Master Collection Avigation L2.640.4.53.2, @ 47.5 mm with a 25 mm lug width and calibre L512.2. I don't think that it would look as good on my puny wrist...

    Which Breitling?
I think you're referring to the Blackbird
    Don't know what to say...
Since I took the pics I kept wearing this one....looks and feels so nice
I will order a black or dark blue one anyway

I agree that a strap can totally change a watch. I recently had a corrigia made for my old PAM 49 and it totally changed the look and feel of it. Wears much bigger and more chunky, not sure how, and I am loving the watch more than ever. Pre and post pics

No offence but to me looks like the leap from a toy strap(watch) to a proper tool watch
    Nice move!

After getting a black sailcloth strap for my black bay i've ordered a brown leather strap for my submariner. Hopefully it'll arrive tomorrow or Tuesday.

Believe it or not but today I received a Garmin Fenix 5 strap that I ordered to see if it will fit my Pam and my wrist.....and it does perfectly....
Until I'll be able to order and get an XL OEM Panerai one this will do....
Why isn't everyone using this or some similar system to easy change the strap?
    This is pure genius!

Just gone for a rubber strap on my Seamaster. It’s a cheapie, hence I wasn’t too gutted about shaving it down to 20mm when I got the lug width wrong. Who knew it was 20mm when all my other watches are 22mm??

It transforms the watch, as the bracelet had stretched considerably and it meant I wasn’t wearing it at all. A new lease of life...
