    Watch Gecko sailcloth strap

    Hey all,

Just got this in from watch gecko, quality is really nice, very sturdy but also supple!

Great option if you want something waterproof but not rubber? Looks great on my SBDC if you ask me. It’s actually made me certain on keeping this watch as my daily

Highly recommended and it was just under £30

Hi there. Is the strap still going strong? Cheers.

I’ve the same strap that’s on a Fortis. Had it about a year and still looking good, although watch hasn’t been worn frequently. My son borrowed the watch for about 2months when the strap was new.

I’ll put up a picture later if you want.

Not bad at all. How does it cope with water?

I've bought a few straps from Watch Gecko and always been super impressed with the quality

Cheers. Will give it a try if they discount it some day.

I've two of these. One on a Seiko diver and the other a Sinn. I wear both in water and they are fine. Quick drying too. Was a bit dubious about the quick release spring bars but they are fine and feel secure enough.

Mines the version with normal spring bars. Just checked back through my order history. Paid £12.00 for it in their sale. Absolute bargain.

Isn't that the leather backed version? I have one of those too but avoid water.
