    Rolex Explorer 2 advice needed

    Hi,

Ive put down a deposit on a 2014 Explorer 2 white dial.. asking price was 5390 which i thought reasonable.. all box and papers and traded in a watch that i bought for 3020 and they’ve offered me 2750 for it , so i think thats quite fair. Just need some things to look for when I call to see it on Saturday.. its not from an AD its a small local watch exchange but ive been there before so know they are genuine.
Comments and suggestions welcome...do you think i could better the price?

Condition? Bit early but any service history?

What are you trading? Did you buy it from them? When?

At that price I would want a full set and mint condition as it close to top price for a 2014 watch.

I put up a 2013 polar dial, just serviced by Rolex so lots of warranty, for trade here at a 4750 trade value and didn't get a sniff. Seem a less popular Rolex choice.
