The ALS Lange 1 for me. The finish is sublime and I'll happily stare at it all day long!

Sorry, I can't split the decision. Two, both of which get regularly worn in regular rotation -

my first Rolex and anniversary present from my missus, an 16600 SD as an unpolished full set.

and my son's birthyear 16710 that remains unpolished and as a fullset:

I'm not surprised you can't decide which is best as they both look the same. :-)

:-) and wear completely differently! When in a serious mood to get stuff done, the SD gets it. Hard as nails. Must be the wife lol. The GMT is fun, it’s pretty, it’s the jeans and T, it’s for going places and exploring...

This is very much a summer watch and very binary, but I do love it.

I tend to alternate between a steel Oyster Perpetual 39 red grape and a YG Submariner (blue face). The Sub was the watch I always dreamed of having so I thought I would keep it forever. However I now find myself drawn to more understated watches on leather straps. I think it's only a matter of time before I make the change.

The other was the Patek dual-time in rose and also JLC time-zone in rose gold.

I ended choosing a Patek Annual Calendar - I bought this in 2006 and still love it. It has bitter sweet feelings as I could not have ever bought it without my mother passing away. But I think she would have liked that it has only increased in value. And hopefully stays within the family.

I was only wearing it this weekend and it bought a smile to my face. Memories have faded, but not the reason why.

    .
Your mother would be very proud, both a fine choice if I may say.
