I have a spare phone that I keep in the car for emergencies. The sim card has a £10 credit but, if not used, runs out at end of month. Are there any that can be credited with a few quid and just stays there until used?

Tesco Mobile doesn't run out, although you may have to send a message occsionally. When you top up they add on triple free credit which does only last a month, but the paid for amount doesn't seem to expire.
