My local AD, Deacon's has a secondhand SS Daytona and a Sea-dweller Deepsea in the window.
There was also a two-tone Daytona in the window as well.
I know the Daytona is a commission sale and the seller wants £15.5k for it. Make of that what you will.
Cheers
Mark
Always found Deacons to be a great AD, bought quite a few bits from them. Rolex workshop on the premises too.

To be fair, the chap in the dealer's said he thought the asking price was way too high! I understand it was the price that the seller wanted to go with. Given the apparent demand for these, I wouldn't be surprised if it sells. Personally, I don''t see what all the fuss is about with the Daytona.
Which Daytona is it?
If one of the new ceramic SS it will sell for sure
Why do you wish you had bought something that you found underwhelming? I find that very odd...

I can understand a PSA for a reasonably priced watch, but £15.5k for a non-ceramic Daytona, when they're available cheaper elsewhere?! No thanks!
Just seen a Black dial 116520 in Belfast AD for GBP £15500. Looked expensive sitting besides a pink gold Patek dual time Calatrava.
