    Reading Glasses - Recommendations

At the ripe old age of 52, I've realised that I need reading glasses more and more, so I bought two pairs of these about 6 weeks ago

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...0?ie=UTF8&th=1

One to leave at work and one at home - One pair broke at the hinge within a week, it was replaced and now the other two have also broken at the hinge and so I've asked for a refund

Can anyone recommend somewhere where I can purchase something in a similar style, but of a higher quality and much more robust? Happy to spend more for something that fits the bill

    thanks

    Steve

I have a pair of these and find them really useful as a permanent backup pair.

I buy these off Amazon.IMPECCABLE METAL frame and crystal clear vision - Viscare 3-Pack Men Women Metal Spring Hinged Full Frame Reading Glasses Readers w/ 3 pouches 1 Cloth +1.50

Not your style but good quality and very robust.

Go to any shop that sells reading specs and try on different pairs to get the correct strength for your eyes then order up specs. At £17.99 fro three pairs they are excellent value.
