    BLNR on Sub bracelet

    For anybody interested...

The glidelock clasp is far superior in my opinion than the easylink comfort extension clasp found on the BLNR. That coupled with the brushed bracelet and your on to a winner with that combo.

That looks great. Should be an option from Rolex themselves really.

Looks very good, and less of a scratch magnet too.

Looks 10/10. Want to get mine brushed but the best recommendation I've had is Watchworks in Bristol and being quite far from London I need to time the trip.

Do you mind me asking if you bought the sub bracelet or if it's from another one of your watches?

I also have a sub. Since I've had the BLNR I have not worn it on its own bracelet for more than a day. Did not get on with the PCL and also lack of adjustment.

I feel this is best of both worlds. If I had to choose I would still go for the sub. All the watch I could ever need!

My wife and I actually bought a Sub two weeks ago but we gave it to my father in law as a present instead. Part of me is wishing I could have kept it! Sub and BLNR is a great duo and probably the perfect pair. At some point I'll have to add it but for now all I can have is a brushed bracelet (soon) and a photo I took in the car on the way back from buying the Sub.

Not bad there. Would be tempted to try a rubber b or Everest black rubber strap

Looks superb and better than the stock pcl item.

BLNR looks good on the Submariner bracelet.

I think that the CHNR would also look rather good.

Not convinced of the leather strap with the SubC. Unlike the 5 digit references I think the 6 only work with the bracelet or Everest/Rubber B.

What does the SubC look like with the PCL bracelet?

After having owned the BLNR for half a year or so and never having worn it on it’s own bracelet it only occurred to me to try it on the bracelet from my 16610 on Friday - in fact that was the pic I posted up on the Friday thread.

I’d be interested to try it on a current model SubC bracelet though. Would even consider buying one if only they were freely available.

That sorts out everything about the BLNR for me, those PCLs.

Know I could get them brushed, but rather have the choice of opting back easily should my tastes changed.

Agree with all the comments above. Really has dramatically changed the love for the BLNR!

For those mentioning the RubberB / Everest option. Here is an earlier pic of the BLNR on the Everest.

Interesting, didn't realise it would accommodate the 16610 bracelet too!

Is that a pre-ceramic 16610 bracelet on that blnr then?

I think if I went back to a Sub it would have to be the ND next time, that’s perfection!

I actually prefer it with the PCL, but do wish I had the adjustment on the bracelet like I do on my LV. The PCL does show its marks and scratches but I still prefer PCL on a BLNR.
The Jubilee bracelet is a winner on both a GMT & Sub for me though

Presuming Everest is a strap, not the mountain, can't really see it to judge.
