Yes, great program. What a strong fella.
Truly inspiring,
Yes, great program. What a strong fella.
Yep, a truly amazing kid and clearly a very close knit family. His positive attitude and sheer mental strength is inspirational. I hope he goes onto achieve great things in motor racing and life in general.
recorded it yesterday evening and just watched now after a night shift
Well worth a watch, he's definitely a strong character with a great outlook/focus on life
followed him racing through watching the BTCC and saw the accident (on TV) which was horrific
best of luck to him and hope his dream of F1 can become a reality
What an absolute trooper he is, truly deserving of great future success.
It was awfully dusty in my lounge this morning!

He's certainly a very brave, personable, and inspiring young man.
I wasn't convinced that his mother was entirely happy with his decision to continue racing, though...
Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
He came 6th in the 2018 British F3 Championship (out of 25), an incredible result considering it was a mere 12-18 months after his crash
As my wife said "what a lovely boy and what a supportive family"
Hats off to him in not being a victim.
Whoever does not know how to hit the nail on the head should be asked not to hit it at all.

I haven't seen it but will hopefully catch in on iplayer when I get back from work. I was at Donnington the day the accident happened. Fortunately, I didn't see it 'live' as I was at Redgate corner at the time but when we walked around due to the break in the racing, it quickly became apparent that something major had happened but they didn't put any information out over the PA.
He certainly is built of stronger stuff and his eagerness to get back racing is an inspiration.
I look forward to seeing it and hopefully he will get sufficient support to continue racing next season.
I watched the programme last night and I couldn't agree more.
The BBC now have a Long Read to go with the programme...link.
