    Interesting article and gives a basic insight on how the US deploy their SF tactics

    He talks about being told to put it on a nato, but I wonder if that particular strap was an issued piece of kit or his own addition. Presume the poppers would have been for a cover of some kind.

    What a character, he reminded me of Charles Bronson the movie hard man from yesteryear.
    Thanks for posting, some great watches and stories there and you can clearly see his passion for his watches. He must have been one hard Mofo in his day.
