Recommendation for a City / Essex Solicitor - Trust Questions

Hi,

I need to speak to a solicitor who is competent on trusts as I need to understand the potential pitfalls of a trust scenario that my family are looking to put in place.

I'd be grateful for any recommendations of good solicitors in the City or South Essex area please.

You could try Moss & Coleman in Hornchurch. Been around a long time and I know a few people that have used them including us for conveyancing and wills etc.

Why a solicitor instead of maybe a chartered tax advisor or trust specialist?

Ian Mayes at Enterprise chambers is a specialist tax lawyer. He’s a QC so a bit heavyweight for most cases but will have someone to recommend.
