I have bought from them (a Speedmaster reduced) and the service was great. I would buy directly from their website though as the prices are cheaper (and there is usually a 5% discount code to use). You will need to pay VAT once the watch arrives in the country so take that into account.
I had an issue with my watch where there was a ding on the bezel that had been disguised with the angle of the photos but it wasn't worth the hassle to send it back (and reclaim the VAT I had paid). I ended up selling the watch in the end and didn't loose any money. Check the photos very carefully and be aware that most of there watches have been polished.

I recall someone on here having some difficulties with this seller over the condition of a watch they’d bought - possible photoshop manipulation to hide extent of damage??

Yes, but from their website rather than eBay. That way I got a discount as a first time customer, as reported here...link. I'm not sure if that still applies, but they are currently running a BF offer.

You may or may not have seen this thread...Were these photos on sellers site photoshopped?

I’ve bought from their website twice now without any problems, but as the above posts show, you really have to inspect the photos very carefully and just shoot them an email to confirm any doubts you might have.
