Doesn’t sound a lot to me tbh. Wear it a couple of days more then retest it
My first in house Pelagos was 1second fast per day and my second was 3 seconds slow per day. This is while being worn in an office environment and off the wrist overnight. Having not worn it for 2 weeks it’s now 5 seconds slow per day. This seems a lot to me. Is there a way to get this resolved without sending the watch back to Tudor? The last time they had my watxh in 2 occasions they damaged the bracelet and case with quite a number of scratches.
I could send it away on the rubber strap if I had to I guess.

I would wear it for a few months, and see.
One second outside chronometer spec is pretty good timekeeping
Better waiting till service time unless we're talking 10+ plus secs per day.

My Pelagos ran at -10spd from new and it drove me beserk. I sent it back to Rolex even though they stated it was in their specs for the watch (an ETA version). It came back to me running at exactly the same rate and I thought they hadn’t even looked at it. Then I sent it to Duncan at Genesis. Turned around in a week and even now, 4 years on, keeps time to within 1 spd. Duncan stayed that there was evidence that Rolex had been inside the watch as it was noted on the case back. Got it on today actually. Awesome watch.
