Thought it would be best to start it's own thread rather than on the back of the bitcoin thread.

I've just signed up so have some invites if anyone wants to get involved.

Initiative Q is an attempt by ex-PayPal guys to create a new payment system instead of credit cards that were designed in the 1950s. The system uses its own currency, the Q, and to get people to start using the system once it's ready they are allocating Qs for free to people that sign up now (the amount drops as more people join - so better to join early). Signing up is free and they only ask for your name and an email address. There's nothing to lose but if this payment system becomes a world leading payment method your Qs can be worth a lot. If you missed getting bitcoin seven years ago, you wouldn't want to miss this.

Happy to oblige Dave. Remains to be seen of course if this has any merit or whether it just a few people having a joke on the internet, but giving out a few early tokens is one way to build some interest in the same user group that are likely to be users of your new crypto trading platform (or not

Worst case scenario is they get your email.. neither fb nor google ahare anything else than that. This is clearly EV positive, thats enough by any mathematical reasoning. We can just sign up, forget about it and see what happens.
