OK, so its bee na while since i used them but I now only see UPS as the courier ,where as I used to be able to use royal mail/parcel force .How do I get this back?
From my memory I think you need to ask them specifically to incorporate this onto your account. I did it soon after opening the account - but this was a few years back. It might be that they have decided this is not an appropriate service ( though I think it is more secure than any other I've used). I hope this isn't the case.
I looked into Parcel Pro recently and they don't seem to allow new personal accounts anymore, only business or collectors with a minimum of 3 packages a year or some such.
been in touch ,they say due to inactivity they drop rmsd,hopefully they will reinstate
