Nice catch..
I bought one of these when they were "cheap" about 8 years ago for £4200. I let it go not long afterwards and had to pay a little bit more than that got get one back again. Its a Mk 4 dial, all original but the insert was changed at a service but is still a correct Rolex insert. Was bought in Bristol in 1982, has the original owners name on the guarantee certificate and his name on further correspondence to Rolex. It has been serviced twice at Rolex and comes with the guarantee cards. It keeps time to a pretty amazing 3 second gain in 24 hours. Despite the price hike over my original purchase 8 years ago I am pretty happy with this one.

Nice catch..
These are very special, in any format. Now don't sell this one!
Congratulations.
Lovely, and as HM says just keep the bloody thing this time!
I'd be VERY happy with that one.
Congrats, just make sure you don’t move this one on!
Lovely watch, even better with all the additional paperwork.
Thanks for sharing.
I hate to add nothing more than plaudits like everyone else, but bloody hell that's lovely!
Such a Great White is exactly on my wish list. But the price is crazy these days.
Thanks chaps - its not going anywhere soon. I learned my lesson before.
And yes prices these days hurt!
Lovely watch, well done.
Very nice! And indeed: now keep it! Have one as well and from my 30 odd watches this will be one of the last 2 to go
That is a thing of beauty, congratulations. Very envious!
That is stunning, good work. If you ever want to sell it I’ll give you £4200 for it 🤣
Can everyone stop commenting on this and bumping it to the top? I can't help but look again and I'm heartbroken over my selling my old 16600! It's like seeing your first love move in next door!
love it.
I am jealous
Wear it in good health.
Stunning looking piece.
I hope you enjoy that beauty for many years
Wear in good health, looks amazing
Enjoy! I want one after seeing threads on the 1665.. :-(
