I feel like I need better haggling skills, as I hear people on forums manage to get 5,10, even 20 % off list price. Also loads of freebies like straps and buckles etc.

Haha, in the current market yes. I went with a friend to buy a Rolex sub recently, they took off all the stickers and kept his warranty card for a year. I guess omega might start doing this as well soon.

I have never asked for freebies so only ever got relatively low or zero value stuff like:
- Travel pouch
- Loupe
- Speedy Tuesday magazine
- Lifetime magazine
Didn't haggle for a discount either because the purchases were LE Speedmasters and I already knew there was no chance.
Thank you for the tip! Quite like what I got in the end! Much better experience than Rolex, most important was the staff was knowledgable and had a great chat.

It was Bangkok. It wasn't a shop it was a stall on Khao San Road selling fake Seamasters. And it wasn't a girl.

There was a Speedmaster leather jacket for sale on SC not too long ago - I know I'd have given in at that point.
I managed to get a nice little Omega card wallet the last time I bought a watch from them, plus some bubbles. Other times it's been cleaning cloths, travel pouches and one time (sadly) multiple red baseball caps. Aside from the baseball hats it's all been quite nice.
When you have time can you show me what the wallet looks like? I need to go back soon to buy the seamaster London edition.
