The technical manual, which includes the operation manual, can still be found on The Watch Site. What it is is the arguably more attractive case version of a fairly uncommon early 80s Citizen anadigi with what looks to be the original bracelet - so if it works, and many still do to this day, you're in business!

The seller has told me , afterthe pic's were taken a new battery was fitted and all works well
