If you’re looking for a UK based Heuer expert/servicer then I’d suggest Nic Green. Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to vintage pieces.

Evening chaps.
I'm about to buy a vintage Heuer, so like when I buy a car, I get it serviced & checked before I use it.
Any recommendations of any good independents who'll give it a once over?
Cheers
Adam

Nic is at chronomatic.com
I'd also recommend Duncan https://thewatchbloke.co.uk/ (same name on here, just serviced two of my Heuers)
And Rich Askham http://thewatchspotblog.com/
I'd send it to .olli. (https://onatelier.co.uk/) on TZ-UK, Rich Askham (http://thewatchspotblog.com/) or to Simon Freese (http://www.simonfreesewatchmakers.com/). Olli's done some excellent work for me of late, Rich has serviced some Heuers for me and Simon did my last Heuer service, has sorted other watches for me and when I nipped in to see him on Friday he had an Autavia GMT and at least one other Heuer on the go on his bench.

I bought my vintage Carrera from Nic and some years later had it serviced by Duncan at Genesis.
Happy.

Just buy Ed's 11630 or 2446C and they won't need servicing!
Any idea if the watch you're buying needs any parts etc? They can be ferociously expensive.
