Tournus (Fr.) Village Motel - if you need a good place to stay

We (my son and I) are on our way to Roses, Spain for the Europa Cup sailing next weekend. Halfway’s night’s sleep is in Tournus between Dijon and Lyon.

The Village Motel is a little gem, 2 mins from the Route du Soleil. No noise and free, secluded parking. A few rooms have their own garage as well! Two restaurants within 50mtrs.

Caveat Emptor off course and I have no connection with the (English speaking!) owner. But 74 euros/night including 2x breakfast makes me happy
