Went to pop on my seiko this morning and noticed the date was a couple of days out and the seconds hand was jumping a few seconds. I've had it since new so this will be it's first battery change. I checked on the back as it tells you when the battery should need changing and the little dot is at the start of 2019 so close enough.
Anyway it's not something I would attempt myself after looking on youtube at the procedure for replacing battery and resetting the perpetual calendar. Send it to Seiko or is there someone trusted on here to do the job?
Thanks.
