Hi Brian,

I cannot help you other than offering a word of caution, finding competent tradespeople in the local area is nigh on impossible. I would carefully vet anybody you speak with as it seems there is more work than tradies and competition is low. Hopefully Ralpy's recommendation comes through.

There is a local forum with a recommended tradesman's section:

They are a good bunch and will be able to offer advice if you need further help.
