I was listening to Mark Carwardine discussing the life of Douglas Adams on 'Great Lives' on BBC Radio 4 today and caught an amusing story about Douglas and his Rolex.

That was fun.

As seems to becoming a pathological habit, I’ve just spent twenty minutes scrolling through pictures looking for the precise model. I suspect the answer is models, because he sure as hell has two different types of Rolex bracelet, which is usually a clue. I met him once at Turing 90, an AI conference. He was a delight and just wandered between groups of delegates enjoying the discussions.
