Hublot. They were written on GGG’s belt last night. A sale would give him a boost

You can pick up an Omega Seamaster on eBay for around a grand.

I'm also in the market. But for slightly above that - closer to £1500 and I've had my eye on a few pre owned Tudor and Grand Seiko Quartz models.

What kind of thing are you looking for?

Nomos Campus. Or Longines Expeditions Polaires. For a bit more, a Breitling Colt A17380.

I'd take that Citizen Promaster on SC if it's still available - lovely looking thing and rare as hen's mittens.

Most expensive G shock for your money, maybe something a bit blingy too.

Came in to suggest some things but others have beaten me to it on some of them:

    - Stowa Marine with 'top' grade movement, solid silver dial, personally engraved & heat-blued hands
    - The 'do everything' Sinn 556
    - Grand Seiko 9F Quartz (second-hand or imported new) with peerless finishing & dial
    - Classy Bauhaus Junghans Max Bill
    - Design-focused, tough & limited edition Unimatic diver
    - Many examples of lovely old solid-gold cased, vintage Omega
    - Second-hand Tudor Black Bay on leather, offering a warmth & character matched by few others

Ok, one or two of those may admittedly stretch the budget by £300-£400 or so, but there is piles of merit & interest available on that budget.

I'd suggest you put this in the WTB section...(and perhaps be a bit more specific).
I mean, it's not like you don't know what's out there is it, really ?

Seems rude not to have a Timefactors option. How about a PRS41?

Any particular style? I would look at Oris in that price range.

TBH my sensible answer would be an X-33 Gen 1 but I know that you were not that impressed.

Sure is. And i don't believe for a minute this would be on sale for a grand. If it is i'll have it!

I think for a solid all rounder i'd be looking at an Oris Big Crown Propilot date on a bracelet.

A grand for a Grand Seiko was my price for Dave. You can have it for £1200

I'm not wearing it but I'm too lazy to sell it proper like. If you really are interested, please feel free to send me a PM.
