Has anyone else had one of these emails from ebay?

I had one of these just now; an email with the title "Account security notice - Immediate action required". For some reason ebay seemed to think there was unusual activity coming from it - "unauthorised use" was the phrase used. Assuming the email was a scam, I didn't click on anything in the message, but instead opened a new tab using the InPrivate window in my browser, and it seems it's legit. Because I found I was unable to log in to my ebay account with my details, and I've just had to go through the annoying act of resetting the damned password. Has anyone else had one, and does anyone know if there's been a hack?

Yes also had this a couple of weeks ago , after resetting my password and going into my setting my linked email address had been changed to something I had never used or heard of ,
