iPhone X video crop help?

Am I right in thinking on the iPhone X you cannot crop the view size in videos like you can pictures?

I know you crop the length.

Plenty of apps to do this, some free to use.

I’ve used ‘Video Crop - Crop and Resize Video’.

No worries just wanted to make sure it’s not something I can do via the IOS (somewhere), also just realised you can’t remove the sound from videos either!
