Could anyone shed any light on this?

It's the wife's birthday soon, and I saw this in the local jeweller's window (secondhand). It looks rather nice, and I think the Mrs. would like the Art-Deco style bracelet. Other than it's an Omega Ladymatic, and quite small (I'd guess 22mm), I have no more info on it. Can anyone point me in the direction of model number, spec. etc., before I go in and try and negotiate with the jeweller?

Looks like a Grandma watch to me - if that was a mans version they’d probably melt it down for the gold! I’m not being nasty btw, we all like different stuff. But I wouldn’t imagine it’s an easy watch for them to sell so shouldn’t be too expensive?

That’s one way of looking at it. Another way is to look at contemporary and current ads, to see how prospective owners might see it.
