Landlord building insurance recommendations

Looking for recommendations on landlord building insurance please
I rent my old 3 bed semi out to a friend and need to get it insured

I always use Endsleigh, one of the few I have found that insure student lets.

Always been good, had to claim about 8 years ago for a flood, they were brilliant.

Direct line Andy - were good when I read ted my property

Simply business is good for comparisons, but I've found Directline for business hard to beat on price and cover

I've also found Simply business quite good. But, beware, when you declare a property unoccupied for a period, which can happen, the premium rockets.
