Any idea what it is for ss models and why different (if it is)?
Just a heads up Omega have increased the prices for replacement of batteries for watches non ss models to an eye watering £205

Sorry, when you say non-ss, are you meaning precious metal models?
Yes effectively any precious metal watch batteries will cost more
What's the justification for the precious metal watches costing double? The battery must cost a similar amount.
Was quoted 100/120 iirc not so long ago by local AD, local accredited indy was 40 notes.
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
Yes, but it includes gold crown replacement systematically and if you own a chronograph it will cost even more but crown and pushers are replaced. Crown, all seals, case disassembly and cleaning. It’s called a water resistance service.

But the crown is untouched with ss models?
No always SS is replaced along with all seals. Prior omega charged for gold crown separately. Generally your better off than if you buy the crown plus battery and reseal

I wonder whether they make more money from watches or battery replacements!!
