International warranty - should I worry

Hi all, some advice if you don’t mind.

I have managed to source a watch with a dealer that is under RRP as the are not the brands authorised AD, unworn full set, brand new with papers, purchase receipt from July this year. It comes with a year’s warranty (from dealer) and remainder of the manufacturers warranty. That said, it’s an international warranty. Is the international warranty anything to worry about as has anyone else purchased a watch from a dealer like this - do they purchase watches from abroad and sell in the UK . It’s a Cartier so I would assume all would be ok to return if there was anything wrong.

    Any advice appreciated

    Cheers Fred

A few years ago I purchased a Breiling in Mexico with an international warranty. I had a fault after a few months and called Breitling uk and they fixed it no problem. You’ll be fine.
