Not been this worked up about a match since Newcastle away in 2012 Ben .
Some odd things happening on the Far East betting markets have brought Leicester s price right down . With Mike “I didn’t see it” Dean in charge , Vardy and Maddison s ability to join Liverpool’s 2020 diving team and the fact that I can’t be there are setting my teeth on edge .
Might have to open a bottle of single malt to take the edge off .

I genuinely want Man City to win the league…

Tight run ins are epic…. I’ve a funny feeling about tonight though

Madders and Vardy are pretty handy when they stay on their feet as well !!!

If we lose i’ll raise a little glass to you!

Off to my dads with my lad and my step dads coming too…. Step mum is making bacon sarnis!!!

From an outsider looking in this race has been a great one to watch. My only gripe with the premier league this season is being greedy as well as the fantastic title race I just wished we could of had a mega tight relegation battle. Though I do think the bottom two are among the worst sides we’ve seen in the prem!

My kids are massive Liverpool fans, and there’s a lot of squeaky bum and pacing going on at the moment.

Leicester clinging on a bit here but they do have threat at the other end. Suspect city will get a couple after the break as the pressure will tell and you cant just defend for 90 mins and not lose concentration. Can see Leicester scoring mind you

He was brushing away the tears quite a lot at the end of the game. I wonder if he knew that was his last game at the Etihad

Just don't let Rodgers sign the players.
Great at improving what's in front of him but wouldn't trust him with the cheque book.

At Liverpool he signed....... Coutinho??? Sturridge (brilliant b4 injury) ???? Lallana??? Lovren??? They turned out to be very good to world class. Every manager has the odd bad signing.........fergi though pogba won't cut the mustard.........let him go for 500k and than Maureen signs him 4 80mill lol.

A few hits but a hell of a lot of missed too….

His record in the transfer market is patchy to say the least…

  26. #726
His buying may not be great but Rodgers is a very good coach - his lack of buying good defenders cost Liverpool the title in 2013/14 but that attack was arguably better than the one now - Suarez/Sterling/Sturridge on top form were devastating. He also showed against City that he can play a different style and is not predictable. I think you are in very good hands with him tbh - no team will really want to play Leicester especially away.

No idea how he missed that, great performance otherwise by both teams. I doff my cap to Kompany.

I can’t see city dropping points now to Brighton. Either way as long as we win the last Game, we can honestly say we tried, to only be beaten by the champions all season is no great shame.

I was a Puel inner (really divided the Leicester fan base this question)

However, I am happy to say (although very harsh on Puel) it was a good decision…

I think Brenda is the guy to take us to the next level…. Very happy to have him

I hope so . I relish the games with challenges but I’ve a feeling you could lose two or three of the team . There are other clubs circling and big money could be offered . Chilwell, Maguire and Maddison are on the radar, as you said Tiellemans has yet to sign ( seemed very pally with Kompany and Guardiola last night😳). Choudary is a great prospect and could be a target. Harvey Barnes is also somebody who looks more than capable at this level.
Hopefully, you’ll get European football and prove to be a team that footballer# would be attracted to .

all in all a crap weekend of football!!!, Spurs lost, Man U drew, Chelsea won, So I sat down to watch Arsenal knowing a win today would give us a decent chance of a top 4 with Spurs and Chelsea having fairly difficult final matches. And then another dire performance, when ever we play 4-4-2 we look dreadful. Brighton played ok, but we should be hammering them, and it was the last home game of the season. We need to spend big this summer or will just be a UEFA cup team for the foreseeable future.

Although to be fair the gaffer doesn't have the worst record in that tournament.....

That's the silver lining, and I think we have too many players banking on winning the UEFA to get to the champs league. It would be specular poor performance to lose to Valance now, but Chelsea tend to beat us more than we beat them so the final could go either way. Hopefully Frankfurt can stun Chelsea.

Our last 6 matches in the PL, lost 4 won 1 draw 1!!! and none have been to top 6 sides, we must have the one of the worst forms in the league. But if we win the UEFA it will gloss over another poor season. I just hope he signs some world class players

We’re not a selling club…. Mahrez is the only one we didn’t want to sell (had no choice with Kante as he had a bloody release clause)

They’re all on long term contracts…. Big clubs can go whistle

Would love to keep Tielemans…. Fortunately in front of the worlds eyes he had a terrible game! He seems to love Leicester, so, would be a huge coo if we could pull it off…

    He was only being polite!!!

Choudry is a beast and our best player yesterday…

    The future is bright!

    Jesus 3-0! You go Wijnaldum!

Please let it be Ajax-Liverpool for the final.
(can’t see a Feijenoord-Newcastle final happening in my lifetime)
