Thread: Best looking Omega 'dive' watch? Opinions!

Red face Best looking Omega 'dive' watch? Opinions!

I know this is very subjective, but what is everyone's absolute favourite Omega dive watch (regardless of age or value)?

I'm still on the fence, so haven't decided yet. :)

    2254

    and 2538 aka Great White.

From the current range - Seamaster 300 master co-axial (my favourite modern watch).
Ever - the Seamaster 300 from the 60's.

Any of their 70's offerings really, but I'll say the 176.004 Big Blue just to be different.

I've had quite a few over the years, but this been the best, it looks great and with the adjustable clasp and titanium it's the most comfortable as well.

another +1 for the 2254 here.

I hope omega end up re releasing it, with an updated bracelet / clasp and ceramic but change nothing else at all.

I like the current PO line

but this is the only one I have now and certainly not the best looking.

I doubt that's possible, because of they will stick in current thick movements and watch will look like pregnant hippocampus.

I've had quite a few Omega Divers but the Baby Ploprof 120 takes some beating.

    Same for me

But if I could carry off the size and thickness of a PO, than that would be my choice.

If this didn't have skeleton hands, they have no place on a dive watch, it would be my favourite.

But it does, so it isn't.
I'm just a very naughty boy.

Good deals with- VINSTINK, kevkojak, Optimum, Omegary, seikoking, acg, SPEEDY, kfman, Card Shark, wajhart, Jot, danboy, zenomega, gaz64, minke, Mal52, Alas, norfolkngood, Sparky, rdwiow, mrteatime, gravedodger, joeytheghost, lordoftheflies, Silver Hawk, Filterlab, brooksy, marmisto, Fray Bentos, Bootsy, Harvey69, Mantisgb, bristolboozer, Jedadiah, newtohorology, Zephod, jimm1, Draygo, Raptor.

I may have forgot one or two, apppologies.

Asked yesterday at my AD and they havent even seen one yet, nor did any of the half dozen or so dealers I visited in the US, but IIRC it was meant to be available this month , mind you my AD didnt know that Swatch group were not doing Baselworld 2019 either.

I'm interested to have a look and perhap add one of the current range to my collection if they get discounted

I would back up and say Seamaster 300 master coaxial but it's definitely too shiny in bright light.
Wonderful inside with indirect light, really a pain to read when it's reflecting like a still lake in summer.

For me these have never been surpassed; classic looks and no HEV! I can’t stand the HEV barnacle, I got bored of my 2264 after five years.
