Has anyone watched Miami Vice lately? I keep thinking I'll buy the whole lot on DVD, but never do.

John Albasiny, the principal actor in that, has given me a few Russian lessons. He’s a lovely guy and the most inspirational language teacher I’ve ever met.
    In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.

Yep, been there, done that. Got bored after half a dozen episodes.

I tried to watch that a couple of years ago. I’m afraid I didn’t get very far into episode 1!

I catch episodes of Porridge on one of the Dave channels (or similar). That still remains a quality comedy with excellent cast and performances.

I remembered it being more than one series, but I realise you meant there were 3 series, not just 3 episodes, now I've looked it up.

Interesting that it was intended as a kind of sequel to a series featuring Alun Armstrong, who Bolam appeared with in New Tricks!

If you can find it, 'Posh Nosh' is a bit of fun.
Richard E Grant and Arabella Wier.

    What about Turtles Progress.
A bit offbeat and had Michael Atwell as Razor Eddie.
To be fair that's about all I can remember about it

Lately, I have been re-watching Red Dwarf. Still a classic.
