Omega don't normally need a reason to bang out endless editions, so god only knows what will happen when they have a 50th anniversary to celebrate
With the fast approaching 50th anniversaries of the Heuer Monaco, Omega mk11 and the Moon landings, do the members have a dream list of what they would like to see arrive.
Will Heuer go back to another Heritage re-edition of the Mcqueen or deliver something modern through Bamford. I suppose a MK11 with manual wind would fulfil many a collector but the Moon landing anniversary must take a special hold over any collector, surely the ultimate historic speedmaster but what will Omega deliver or what would we like them to deliver, maybe a non limited edition release that would avoid the Speculator trash.
Any views.

Omega will have a 50 year long celebration for the 50th anniversary
It's just a matter of time...
They should probably get together and do the Steve McQueen snoopy moon landing lemans Olympic edition. Will only go up in value...
Especially if they release it on a Tuesday.

The 50th Speedy will probably be made with some of Buzz Aldrin's junk inside it (read into that what you will...). It's also the 50th of the El Primero so expect some new Zeniths as well. And Seiko have the 50th of their automatic chrono as well I believe?
Thought I’d give this a bump.
Have I missed a big Omega announcement?
I’m not the sort who would stump up 2/5/10 grand extra for a LE Speedmaster, but I’m surprised they haven’t been hyping this up for months already.
I’d also like to see a 6139 reissue from Seiko (unlikely?)
