I'd be up for trying a black shroud on my PADI if you do decide to part with it.
Without wishing to jinx things, after two weeks wearing it in the evenings and at weekends, mine's still running at +0sec!
It's starting to put on hold my thoughts of getting a HAQ ...

I love these Solar Tunas and have the gold and Pepsi versions. The all back version looks wrong to my eyes on the bracelet but would look great on a rubber flat vent Z22. Keeping it on the bracelet though and swopping for the silver coloured shroud would be perfect though.Stainless Steel / Black on bracelet...

What I like about these is the metal bezel teeth, more nicely done than the 300m Tunas. I do wish though they had put the shroud bolt at 10 minutes, not fifteen minutes.

Tried the gold version on at Gatwick airport this morning, fantastic fit. Doesn’t wear large at all on my 6.75” wrist, very light and comfy strap.
Future classic in my opinion.

Look what arrived today.
It’s a lovely piece of machining and I’m really impressed with the finish. No sharp edges and beautiful to think of the craftsmanship just to lathe it.
I’ll hopefully get a chance to pop it on the watch tomorrow.

Used a 1.5 Allen key and with a bit of pressure it worked a charm. It wasn’t hard to get the screws out even with the thread lock on them... but I was aware that the perfect sized key would have likely been a 1.65 so a little inward pressure to keep it locked in place and all is well.
So I think that the watch looks better... but is now heavier... which isn’t always a bad thing.
Very pleased that members of this forum highlighted me to this mod being a possibility.

Just resurrecting this thread because I’m toying with the idea of a SNE497 but would prefer it with a steel shroud.
