Delayed on the tube?

Being a Picadilly line user, I am frequently hit by delays on the line. I was told about a new(ish) and free(!) service called Reeclaim - you just link your oyster account and it will automatically claim service delay refunds. In fact, I just got credited for one i didn't even know about! You get web credits but these will either be taken off your next top up or you can bank transfer them.
