So you don't have a home address for the buyer?
Has anyone used this service to send a parcel between individuals rather than a customer/business?
I've been given a Post Office Local Collect address to send a watch to, and while I understand the concept, and have used it myself to receive goods from a retailer, Royal Mail makes it sound like a business-only thing, with the business registering with RM to get the service.
Surely if this was an open service, everyone would use it to avoid having to go to a parcel depot, and Post Offices would be bursting with parcels?
Can anyone shed light? I've asked the buyer for an alternative address just in case.
