Perhaps they think you are dead? That's when escheatment usually kicks in.
I’ve got some US shares, not a great value, probably couple of $1000 which I’ve learnt have been escheated due to my lack of activity. Seems an odd process to us (well me) in the UK.
Anyone else had this and been through hassle of getting them (or cash value) back.

They may do but I’ve since read that the process can kick in after 3 years of inactivity (voting with proxy, logging into account etc.).
