Just browsing Goldsmiths' website and happened to look at the IWC Portuguese 7 days, I think someone's been at the Photoshop as I'm pretty certain mine doesn't look like this (3rd picture down on the left):

As these are all 3D renders, and the poor 3D person will have been overloaded with loads of variations to do at once and a client making endless changes to his beautiful artwork, he probably rendered this out with pushers on and it slipped through the net.

It would make a good looking chronograph if IWC decided to make it.
