    All fixed

After my unintended watch/tiled floor interface on holiday I’m glad to report that the dial has been replaced by Steinhart and I had the glass changed for a non-cyclops version which I much prefer. €30 for the dial was quite reasonable I thought.

Seems like a good deal and it looks great without the cyclops.

Lets hope they used something more substantial than pritt-stick to fix them on with this time!

Looks good. Have never liked cyclops.

it's looking good, and an improvement without the cyclops if I may say so.

60 euros all in, 30 for the dial and 30 for the glass. I much prefer it without the cyclops to, and Steinhart covered postage both ways. Very impressed to be honest.

As am I. Reassuring, given I have 7 of their watches.

That does seem pretty reasonable to be fair and refreshing to hear a positive customer/consumer experience.

Did they offer any explanation (or apology?) for the fact that the markers fell off in the first place? I am still just a bit surprised that a knock would have caused that to happen and think it has affected my view of the brand, or question their build standards at least.

No explanation sadly but a drop of about 3 feet onto a hard tiled floor isn’t going to do any watch the world of good I suspect.
