Ah (with a nostalgic sigh) those were the days when Omega made slim classy dive watches with serviceable accurate movements, in one or two colours. Superb watch - looks like new!
And looking as good as always!
It just came back today.
I am happy and speechless so will say no more. I will let the (poor) pictures do the talk!

Indeed. As i was browsing the store waiting to collect it, i came to the sad conclusion that there is very little in the current omega range that I actually like.
One of the exceptions being the speedmaster, that has not changed a lot lately.....

My 2254 needs to go in for a service - can I ask where you sent it? Was it back to an AD to get sent to Omega or did you use an independent? thx
I have the 2255.80. it's one of my faves too.
Ahh the 2254. Fast becoming my go to watch. Had mine serviced through an AD but work was carried out onsite I believe!
Loving the 2254 atm as it’s on an OEM black NATO. So nice to wear and gives the watch a totally new feel than in bracelet.
