Do like the tv dial, everything ‘ fits in ‘ nicely 🐵
This turned up this morning, it's been a long 14 weeks, Omega fitted the bar bracelet and returned the original bracelet but didn't charge me for it which was a pleasant supprise. Not sure I'll keep it on there as I think I prefer the one fitted previously.
That said it really is like new. I instructed them to leave the dial and hands alone which they did ( the hands were service replacements anyway) . They replaced the crystal and lined it up perfectly, the original fitted was maybe a degree out which was always a distraction, new pushers and crown.
It was my intention to sell or swap it when it came back but 10 minutes on the wrist sorted it out and its staying.
It doesn't require a load of pictures, just the one shows why it's being kept.

I’d prefer that to a Nautilus any day!

That really does look lovely, I’m not surprised you’re keeping it!
Not sure what happened there

Here's a thread from a few years ago of someone getting one of these back from a service with .... well, I'll let you read ...

Looks fantastic, wise decision to keep it.
Out of interest, was having the day wheel changed to English an option or are you happy with it as is?
Such a cool watch. I want one.

Very cool watch, I do like the shape of these and dial layout.
That’s beautiful, keeping it is one wise choice.

I always enjoy the certainty in these "I thought of parting with this but now it's been serviced I'd rather give up my right hand than ever part with it" post...and the links from the SC sale/swap post that brings me to them ;-)
It is a cracking looking thing and a Speedmaster that, along with a number of earlier posters, I really do like a lot.
