    Selling Avios

Anyone done this? Is it safe?

I’ve been offered ~$2400 for 360,000 (BA) miles.

Opinions may differ but I'd take the money and run.

Add buyer to household account perhaps? And let them book with Avios balance?

Via on-line brokers, Google search reveals a few.

They pay (usually PayPal) then give them your account details and they use miles as they wish.

Worry is they could reverse PayPal transaction and if Avios get wind of it they’d void miles.

I vaguely remember receiving an email saying that they are moving Airmiles to the BA executive club or something like that. Just something to be aware of.

A week or so ago, I also got an e-mail from the BA executive club...(I didnt have many "miles" with Avios).

When I had a "quick look", at the e-mail advising, me Im now in the B.A. "club"...I found I had no! "miles"!?

Same here, zero miles on the new exec club account so far (I have existing one as well, no new points there either) Mind you, they said miles could be manually transferred if one wishes to do so, I may do that if nothing shows on both accounts in a week or so.
