White dials - needing something different next

Somehow without me noticing I seem to have gravitated towards white (or cream / ivory / whatever) dialed watches. So much so that I have a number of them now. I also have a bunch of black dialed ones but think my next watch will have more colour. Seen a Glashutte somewhere with a lush cracked green dial, and of course there’s doxa yellows. Any other suggestions ?

How about a linen dial. Difficult for someone if my limited ability to photograph but lovely in the flesh

Or maybe a snowflake, a bit of a twist on straight white - again way better in the flesh than shown below

Doxa orange is a rite of passage imo.

Also there's a beautiful older green dial Seiko somewhere on the forum. It catches light like a jewel. Can't remember who owns it tho.

Doxa orange and yellow have entered my thinking. I don’t know much about the brand - never held one

Got the SMPc blue which I’m happy enough with - so far that electric blue doxa is winning for me - or the deep green Glashutte

Also, if we’re talking colour I’m amazed nobody has mentioned yellow (other than in the context of Doxa).

You haven’t lived until you’ve experienced Cobra Yellow dials on Breitlings...

    Yes it is, Rusty.

It's exactly the same model as mine pictured above, but with the aquamarine dial to commemorate Doxa's involvement with Project Aware, a sealife conservation initiative. I think part of the proceeds go to Project Aware if I remember rightly...

    Simon

EDIT: Just seem that zelig beat me to it with the link!

Nope, that’s not the same watch, Mark. Your link is to the Sub 1200t. The earlier post was related to the Sub 1500t. Different spec, different size...

Satin brushed solid stainless steel (316L). 42.7 mm in diameter (excluding crown), 13 mm in height. Stainless steel screw-down crown. The 1200T is water resistant to a depth of 3937 feet, and is hand assembled in Switzerland

    Even better

    (IMHO)

It’s steel. Out of my price range that. Gorgeous of course but would most certainly lead to a messy divorce
