Me too. Just a shame that the samurai case wears a bit big on me or I’d of probably already had one of these models in my collection by now.
Rather liking Seiko's version of a James Cameron dial with blue bezel. SRPC91K1

There seiko SPB071J1 is more like the JC.

Both great watches though and very sturdy.
I agree, I haven't seen that one before, the Save the ocean is similar but without being a ripoff of the JC dial.
It really stands out in the sun but can't capture it. Good buy from Spain at £394 via eBay.

I do have to admit, the Milgauss which is my normal daily, has some heft, 153gms of heft to be exact. The Samurai has trounced that weighing in at a whopping 201gms.
That was a surprise.

Can anyone advise me please. The Samurai has/uses fat watch pins.
Will standard 22mm watch pins work on a mash strap? Fat pins too thick for mesh strap.

Recently acquired this and the orange turtle in Thailand. Picking up Zimbe MM300 next week.
Samurai worked out at £350 there

Well a 22mm Geckota mesh strap fits using 24mm watch spring bars. A nice chap called Brian and a fellow watch lover and Yorkshire man to boot fitted it for me, giving me the spring bars. What a throughly nice Gentleman.
