    Advice re lawyer misrepresentation

I am finalising a divorce and my lawyer has said some things which were not absolutely true and I would appreciate some advice wrt to any recourse I may have.

If someone could help I would appreciate a PM.

    thanks

Most solicitors will defend their position by saying they only repeated what you told them. You now have to prove you didn't and that is nigh impossible.

I know, but they have caused considerable angst and further expense.

Thanks for the information- helps manage my expectations

No I checked my emails, I should have been explicit but relied on trust. Lesson learnt I guess.
